At Karvan-e-Royal, we design our Hajj packages to provide comfort, convenience and dependable support throughout the sacred journey. From easy arrival assistance at Madinah Airport to accommodation in premium hotels near Haram, every stage is carefully planned to make the experience smoother for our Hujjaj.
Our packages include air-conditioned facilities in Mina and Arafat, executive VIP buses, personalised assistance for key Hajj rituals and premium Maktab arrangements in Mina. Selected packages also offer private bathroom facilities, full-board meals, outdoor sitting areas, dedicated Azizia accommodation and extended hotel room retention during the Hajj days.
Five Stages of Hajj
Karvan-e-Royal guides its Hujjaj through the major stages of Hajj with structured support throughout the journey. The Hajj days begin with departure from Makkah to Mina after entering Ihram and making Niyyah.
From Mina, pilgrims proceed to Arafat for the most important day of reflection, prayer and repentance. After sunset, the journey continues to Muzdalifah, where prayers are offered and pebbles are collected for Rami. Pilgrims then proceed to Mina and Jamarat for the stoning ritual, followed by Tawaf and Sa’i in Makkah before returning to Mina. Depending on the schedule, pilgrims may remain in Mina until the 13th of Zilhajj before proceeding towards Makkah or Madinah.
Step-by-Step Hajj Journey with Karvan-e-Royal
Our process is designed to make your Hajj booking and journey as organised as possible. It begins with selecting your preferred Hajj package and submitting the required documents. Once the initial payment is made, our team assists you with the Hajj form, documentation and agreement process.
After completion of the required formalities and final payment, we proceed with Hajj visa arrangements, hotel bookings and transport vouchers. Before departure, Hujjaj are provided with a Hajj orientation programme with religious guidance. Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, our team provides meet-and-assist support, followed by accommodation in Makkah and Madinah and guidance during the stay in Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat. At the completion of Hajj, arrangements are made for departure to the pilgrim’s home country.
How to Make Payment
Karvan-e-Royal offers multiple payment options for the convenience of our customers. Payments may be made through bank transfer, cheque or in-person cash payment.
For bank transfers, our team provides the required account details for transferring funds directly to the designated Karvan-e-Royal account. Cheque payments can also be made by completing the required payee and payment details. Customers visiting our office may make payments in cash where applicable.

Terms & Conditions
- Karvan-e-Royal makes every effort to provide the services, accommodation and arrangements described in the selected Hajj package. However, room allocation, hotel arrangements, transport schedules, flights, Maktab facilities and other services remain subject to availability, government regulations and operational requirements.
- Hotel rooms are generally allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis, and specific room numbers, floors or views cannot be guaranteed. Where required during the Hajj days, pilgrims may be asked to vacate hotel rooms or store luggage according to the package arrangement.
- Transportation and movement during Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah are subject to Saudi government regulations, traffic restrictions and instructions issued by the relevant authorities. Maktab services, tent arrangements, meals and other facilities may also be adjusted according to arrangements made by the authorised Saudi service providers.
- Karvan-e-Royal reserves the right to substitute hotels, transport, flights or related services where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, while making every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives.
Payment Terms
An initial advance payment is required at the time of booking, followed by further instalments according to the payment schedule communicated for the selected package.
Once visa processing, ticketing or other non-refundable services have been completed, cancellation charges may apply and certain payments may become non-refundable. All services remain subject to timely payment according to the agreed schedule.
Important: the source brochure currently shows a payment structure of 40% + 50% + 30%, which totals 120%. I have therefore kept the website wording general instead of publishing those percentages until they are confirmed.
Important Disclaimer
Karvan-e-Royal shall not be responsible for delays, changes or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include natural disasters, adverse weather, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, strikes, power or water shortages, changes in government regulations, airline disruptions or other force majeure events.
All Hajj services are subject to the regulations and approvals of the relevant authorities in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Karvan-e-Royal will be responsible only for services formally undertaken as part of the confirmed package and cannot be held responsible for delays or non-issuance of Hajj visas by the relevant authorities or consulates.
